1. SPONSOR

The Kamoti NYC Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kamoti, Inc., 234 16th Street, Jersey City, NJ 07310 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, distributors, and immediate family or household members of such employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Alcohol is not part of any prize.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 20, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are multiple ways to enter during the Entry Period:

a. Primary Entry (Social Media):
Follow @Kamoti on Instagram or post a nightlife or party photo/video on your Instagram Story and tag @Kamoti. You must also complete the mandatory entry form at kamoti.com/pages/nyc-getaway by submitting a valid email address.

b. Bonus Entries:
Entrants may receive additional entries as follows:

1. Proof of Purchase: Direct Message (DM) @Kamoti with proof of purchase of any Kamoti bottle(s) or merchandise to receive five (5) bonus entries per item purchased.
2. Tag a Friend: Tag a friend in the official Kamoti NYC Giveaway Instagram post. Each tag counts as one (1) bonus entry. Unlimited tags permitted, provided each tag is a unique friend and not spam or bot activity.

c. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without social media, email info@kamoti.com with the subject line “Kamoti NYC Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, and a valid email address. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2025. Limit one (1) primary entry per person, plus any applicable bonus entries as described above. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: a vacation package awarded in the form of a travel credit valued up to approximately $3,000 USD (“ARV”). Prize may include flights, hotel accommodations, or related travel expenses as determined by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited. Alcohol is not included in the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will occur on or about November 25, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram from @Kamoti and/or by email from info@kamoti.com within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where permitted), and IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. TAXES

The approximate retail value of the prize will be reported to the IRS as required by law. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value and is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, social handle, entry content, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional notice or compensation.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Incomplete, illegible, or automated entries are void.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of any prize. In no event shall Sponsor’s liability exceed the stated retail value of the prize.

12. SOCIAL PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to these platforms.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://kamoti.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrant data will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared.

14. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration in New Jersey under New Jersey law. Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; attorneys’ fees and punitive damages are not permitted.

15. WINNER LIST
