Dylan’s entrepreneurial path began when he was 19 years old, and he went on to launch two successful businesses that were the first of their kind in their respective industries. Kamotí’s quick growth and early success upon its 2020 launch can be traced back to Dylan’s own experiences, which he had with the company in mind. Dylan’s vision for the future of Kamotí has allowed him to make key strategic decisions that are driving the success of the business.

Michael Pugliese

President+ Co-Founder

Mike, with experience spanning over a decade in consumer packaged goods, is well-versed in the processes involved in building a successful, well-recognized brand. It was in the cannabis industry that he made his first professional relationships. Mike’s experience in CPG and vice product sectors is a huge asset to Kamotí.

Serial entrepreneur and investor. John is the CEO & Founder of a Global Design & Marketing Agency that has been in operation for 12 years. His area of focus is building brand and scaling revenue.

Olivia Correal

Director of Sales

After Olivia completed her studies with a degree in business and marketing, she worked in financial software where she gained valuable knowledge in sales. She then began as a brand ambassador at Kamotí, moved into a sales associate job, and is currently the director of sales. Since Kamoíi’s start, she has been an integral part of the company. She is also in charge of all Kamotí events and developed partnerships with key clients to boost revenue.
